add 3
add subtract 1
add 5
add 1
add 9
subtract 1

no patern decernable
multiply 2
subtract 1
multiply 2
subtract 1
multiply 2
subtract 1
therefor, we continue
multily 2 (17 times 2=34)
subtract 1 (34-1=33)

so the next two are 34 and 33
