if you mean simplify it than
first you square both 10s for every exponent
(5x1,000,000) + ( 8× 1,000)
second you multiply 5 by 1,000,000 and multiply 8 by 1,000
(5,000,000) + (8,000)
than you add it
5,008,000 and that's the answer
