The aspect of English changing most rapidly today is vocabulary.
There are more and more new words being introduced into English - usually as slang. In recent years, words such as 'meme,' 'thicc,' etc. were created to denote new meanings, or different meaning than they used to have. So vocabulary, word choice, changes the most in English.
