Which of the following statements explains the difference between the Roman Republic’s concept of citizenship and how people in the United States view citizenship?

I am unsure as to whether this will help or not, but the people of the Roman Republic showed discrimination to those who were not Roman. Although, I do not know what the United States' view of citizenship. I hope this helped a little, even though it wasn't entire revolved around citizenship.
