To find out how many student are in the club you need to divide 16 by 2/3.
16÷2/3=?
16/1×3/2 (when dividing fractions multiply by reciprocal. Reciprocal of 2/3 is 3/2)
16/1×3/2=48/2
48/2=24 so therefore there are 24 students in the club.
