Given:-

Jose rides 14.4 kilometers at a speed of 9 kilometers.

To find:-

The amount of hours he ride.

The formula used to find the time is,

[tex]time=\frac{Dis\tan ce}{speed}[/tex]

Subsituting the value we get,

[tex]\begin{gathered} t=\frac{14.4}{9} \\ t=1.6 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So the amount of hours jose rides is 1.6 hours.
