According to given figure triangles EDF and EHG are similar so

[tex]\begin{gathered} \frac{f}{45}=\frac{16}{24} \\ f=\frac{2}{3}\times45 \\ f=30 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So f= 30 m is the answer
