When dividing fractions you have to place the fraction being divided on top of the fraction being used to divide it. So you would have 1/2 / 3/2. Then you multiply the top and bottom numbers to get the new numerator and subsequently the middle two numbers to get the denominator.
= 2/6 = 0.333
