y=4+1/4 when x= 3/4
y=?         when x=4

so y = 17/4 ,x= 3/4
     y =          x=4
 so we can just do the ratio
y * 3/4 = 17/4 * 4
 we can take the 4 out
 so y * 3/4 = 17
then y = 17/(3/4)
  =  26.6666666667
