Yes, 4/11 = approx. 0.36 19/100 = 0.19 0.36>0.19

4/11 is greater than 19/100
because if you find the least common denominator the whole fraction changes to another fraction. 4/11 changed to 400/1100 and 19/100 changed to 209/1100, so 4/11 is greater.
