It would be the first one, this is because if you have any function in mathematics, let's say y = f(X), if you add 2 to the f(X) as such y = f(X)+2 then it would shift the graph up by 2 units.
In general terms, if you add c to the function f(X) to get f(X)+c, the graph would shift vertically by c amount of units.
